Technology in the Classroom

A New Face of Education: Bringing Technology Into the Classroom in the Developing World, a new working paper published by the Brookings Institution, examines the use of technology to transform education around the world. The report discusses the many benefits that accrue from increasing technology in classrooms of some of the poorest communities, as well as gives an understanding to the steps needed to make technological improvements. The authors conclude that strategically implementing technology in classrooms will bring quality learning to children in some of the world’s poorest communities.
