  • A receipt will be sent by e-mail to each registrant prior to the meeting. A valid e-mail address must be provided.
  • Requests for Institute registration refunds must be received in writing before 5 Feb 2015. No refund requests received after that date will be honored. Substitutions must be requested in writing.
