Award and Grant Opportunities

ACEI offers various opportunities to recognize members through awards and grants.

The application deadline for these awards is DECEMBER 1.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP AWARD
This award recognizes outstanding student members of ACEI whose leadership activities have been focused on child advocacy.

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
This award is given to students who have excelled academically and demonstrate outstanding attributes associated with scholarship. Students should also be able to show promise as an emerging educator by describing their involvement in extracurricular and volunteer activities related to their professional goals.

MINI-GRANTS FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS
These mini-grants are awarded to ACEI members to support the implementation of outstanding education related projects. Projects can either be direct service projects, projects to improve classroom instruction, or projects to enhance teacher education.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
This prestigious award is intended to recognize extensive professional achievement. The award is granted for significant contributions to the field of education, for demonstrated exceptional leadership, and for advancing ACEI as a leading professional education association.

OUTSTANDING MEMBER SERVICE AWARD
This award recognizes outstanding contributions made to the association by an ACEI member during the preceding three years. Members will be awarded for their contributions toward raising the association's profile or through significant activities that reflect ACEI's mission, vision, and guiding principles.
