Special Interest Forums

What is a special interest forum?

Special interest forums (SIFs) are another informal option for members to share ideas. They form when a small group of members desires to discuss and explore a very specific topic in greater depth, and they disband when there is no longer interest in the topic. Creating a special interest forum (SIF) can be a very good way to be actively involved with colleagues who are ACEI members.

Here are sample special interest forums:

Children With Special Needs
Training and Technical Assistance
Early Childhood Education in Korea
ACEI History/Heritage
Peace Education
Family Literacy

If you are interested in forming a special interest forum, please contact Sheri Levin, ACEI Member Relations Manager, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
